We base our gastronomy on the quality of the products with seasonal menus, which allow us to enjoy at all times the most appropriate proposals for each season. We adapt menus for intolerances, allergies, and religious or cultural reasons.

Ecological product, proximity and Km0

We use fresh produce from our own organic production (we have our own organic garden with CCPAE certified) and from producers of proximity and Km0.
